At SkyMesh Technologies LLC, we operate as an infrastructure and cloud hosting provider. You own 100% of your hosted data. We do not sell, inspect, mine, or monetize your files, databases, software containers, or client data.
1. Scope & Provider Identification
This Privacy Policy explains how SkyMesh Technologies LLC ("SkyMesh", "we", "us", or "our"), located at Suite 2210, 2330 E Freddy Gonzalez DR, Edinburg, Texas 78542, processes and protects information. This applies to our website (skymesh.tech), customer portal, billing administration, and our computing infrastructure services including Cloud Dedicated Servers, Cloud VPS, cybersecurity protection, and DevOps automation.
2. Clear Separation of Data Types
A. Account & Billing Data: Name, business email (info@skymesh.tech), telephone (+14099347001), billing address, and transaction records collected to manage your account and invoice services. Payment card numbers are processed directly by our PCI-compliant merchant processor and are not stored on local web servers.
B. Customer Hosted Cloud Data: All files, databases, application code, container images, and software hosted on servers provisioned through SkyMesh. The customer retains sole administrative possession, control, and authority over this content.
3. Customer Ownership & Zero Data Mining Rule
You retain full right, title, and ownership in all hosted data. SkyMesh does not monetize, sell, or train AI/machine learning models on your files or databases. SkyMesh engineers do not inspect private files or server payloads. Access to physical hardware or host nodes is restricted strictly to: (a) explicit customer support requests, (b) emergency hardware replacement, or (c) compliance with a valid, legally enforceable court order or subpoena.
4. Network Telemetry, Abuse Prevention & Server Logs
Our perimeter firewalls and routers log standard network telemetry (source/destination IP addresses, timestamps, ports, and bandwidth volume) solely to mitigate DDoS attacks, resolve network outages, and terminate abusive activities (such as malicious outbound port scans or botnets) in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Physical Infrastructure & Data Center Facilities
Server hardware is hosted in established enterprise-grade data center facilities equipped with 24/7 on-site security, biometric access controls, continuous CCTV monitoring, redundant UPS battery systems, and automated fire suppression.
6. Shared Responsibility Model for Security
SkyMesh is responsible for securing physical facilities, host machines, network routing, and virtualization hypervisors. Because you are granted root/administrator privileges, you are responsible for maintaining strong credentials, SSH key security, guest operating system updates, internal database encryption, and regular off-site backups.
7. Data Retention & Secure Drive De-Provisioning
Upon service cancellation or termination, customers must download all hosted files prior to expiration. Following a 7-day de-provisioning window, allocated storage blocks are cryptographically sanitized, zero-filled, or reformatted before storage hardware is reassigned.
